Isn’t design thinking a set, step-by-step process?

There’s no one-size-fits-all methodology or set approach to bringing new ideas in the world. Design thinking is not a step-by-step method, but many successful efforts include a variation on four intertwining steps: inspiration, synthesis, ideation/experimentation and implementation. In our experience, an innovation or new idea may cycle through many iterations before the process is complete.
